A lovely stay in a delightful hotel. The staff were really friendly, helpful but sometimes a little overwhelmed by demand! The rooms are excellent.

Guernsey Buses

Guernsey's recently revised bus services are designed to offer a real alternative to the private motor vehicle. The new network provides a frequent, reasonably priced service, connecting most visitor attractions via the island's most popular routes. A timetable and metromap, detailing services and connections, are available from the Visitor Information Centre.

Guernsey Bus Fares 2013

A flat fare of £1 applies on all routes any distances in Guernsey.

However, our multi journey 'Ormer' smart cards offer even better value for money and the chance to make big savings (see below).

'Ormer' smart cards - fares as low as 50p!
If you catch the bus regularly, why not purchase one of our 'Ormer' smart cards for £1.00 and save up to 50% on the individual flat fare.

  • Twenty Journey Top Up £15.00 (75p per journey)
  • Fifty Journey Top Up £25.00 (50p per journey)

'Ormer' smart cards can be purchased from Island Coachways' Bus Information Kiosk at the St. Peter Port bus terminus and can be topped up at the Kiosk or on board the buses by your driver.

If you have any queries about the Guernsey bus service, then staff at Island Coachways will be happy to help you at their Information Kiosk at the bus terminus (Tel. 01481 720210). Guernsey bus timetables and bus diversion information can be found on their website at www.icw.gg.
