    You are invited to join us for a Sponsored Walk starting at 10 a.m. from Vazon Tower No 12 walking along the coast to Tower No 5 at the north end of L'Ancresse Bay, or you can join in anywhere along the route.   • Burnt at the Stake (17 July and 27 July) Picket House, St Peter Port, proceeding to Tower Hill 6pm to 7pm. Join this promenade event where the Guernsey History in Action Company retell the story of three local women burned for heresy in 1556.

  • Fete D'etai/ Summer Festival (18 August 2013) at Castle Cornet, Castle Emplacement, St Peter Port, Guernsey. Family day out - historical sword fight displays, archery, music, plays and crafts.
  • North Show and Battle of Flowers (21 August 2013 - 22 August 2013) at Sausmarez Park, Route de Saumarez, Castel, Guernsey. Family day out. Entertainment. Agricultural, horticultural and craft shows. The highlight of the event is the "Battle of Flowers", where locals compete to win the "Prix D'Honneur" award for the best mobile floral float.

Starts and finishes at the South Esplanade, St. Peter Port, close to the Town bus terminus and outside the old Guernsey Brewery premises at Havelet Bay. Guernsey 19.4 miles. Start time for the walk is 9.00am (men and women). Entry fee is £5.00. Min. age is 17 years.
  • Healthspan Autumn Walking Festival (07 September 2013 - 15 September 2013). Walks and rambles around the coast and St Peter Port.
  • Guernsey Air Display (12 September 2013) Annual aircraft display - Battle of Britain Memorial Flight including the Lancaster, the Hurricane and the Spitfire, The Blades, the Breitling Wing Walkers and the famous Red Arrows.
  • Autumn Floral Guernsey Festival Week (21 September 2013 - 29 September 2013) Walks around gardens, talks, gardening workshops. Suitable for gardeners at all levels.
  • Proms on the Pier (7th September 2013) St Peter Port, Albert Pier (Perry's Town Map, L6). Contact Guernsey Information Centre on 7235527.30-10pm. Coinciding with the BBC's annual "Last Night of the Proms", Guernsey's own "Proms on the Pier" is a celebration of live musical entertainment with the pomp and ceremony of Last Night of the Proms being beamed live from the Royal Albert Hall in London on to a giant screen on Albert Pier in Guernsey. The evening is free to all islanders and visitors.

Randall's brew Breda lager and Patois cask conditioned ale at their state-of-the-art La Piette brewery. There are conducted tours for the public on Saturday mornings at 11 o'clock. Tours last approximately an hour, cost £5.00 per person and include a free pint of lager/ale.
