Located on the outskirts of the Capital of Guernsey, St. Pierre Park Hotel is a
luxurious 4 Star hotel with a lake and parkland views. The only true resort hotel
in the Channel Islands, there are numerous exciting facilities such as
Le Mirage Health Spa and
St. Pierre Park Golf Course, within a peaceful
and stylish atmosphere. St. Pierre Park Hotel has just finished a refurbishment
project with all bedrooms and bathrooms upgraded to a contemporary, high standard,
upgrades in the bar and lounge and new gym equipment.
Rooms
St. Pierre Park Hotel's bedrooms are tastefully appointed and the suites offer luxurious
accommodation and facilities beyond expectations of a 4 star Hotel. The Standard
Double and Twin Rooms can be upgrade to a garden view.
Single Rooms at the St. Pierre Park Hotel are always a Double or Twin room for sole
occupancy. All rooms include: Satellite TV, Direct Dial Telephones, Hairdryer Trouser
Press / Iron & Board and feature a balcony or terrace.
Junior Suites are larger than the standard rooms and therefore provide a bigger
living room area. Each of the Deluxe Suites has a bedroom and a separate living
room, and includes a fridge, Video/TV and complimentary sherry.
The bathrooms have a separate bath and shower. Adjoining standard rooms are also
available. All the Suites and Junior Suites overlook the hotel lake and gardens.
Families are welcomed at St. Pierre Park Hotel with special family rates. The Family
double rooms are larger rooms with one double and two single beds.
Family Suites consist of two adjoining rooms: one double room with garden view and
balcony leading through an archway or door into a slightly smaller room with two
single beds for the children. Interconnecting rooms and cots are available on request.
Restaurant
Cuisine is a central element to any stay at the St. Pierre Park Hotel, and guests
can enjoy a unique culinary journey dining at the restaurant and cafe. The award
winning Victor Hugo Restaurant provides a mouth-watering gastronomic experience
using the very best ingredients, perfectly cooked and delicately served in one of
the most sophisticated and intimate restaurants in Guernsey. The Chef's seafood
specialties are highly recommended, and the elegant Victor Hugo Restaurant is now
only available for Private Lunches and Dinners.
At Cafe Renoir, star the day by enjoying a casual breakfast of fruits and cereals,
continental cold meats, full English breakfast, traditional kippers or Guernsey's
very own gâche bread, whilst enjoying the view of the lake and fountain. Enjoy a
relaxed brasserie lunch in Cafe Renoir or on the adjacent terrace that looks across
the croquet lawn. Choose from a varied menu of traditional cuisine with a touch
of continental flair, or the weekly barbeques, occasional fish extravaganza or full
carvery on Sunday. Dinner has a more romantic atmosphere at Cafe Renoir as it is
transformed by candlelight. Light snacks can also be ordered from the main bar and
lounge or delivered to your room.
Swimming Pool
At the Le Mirage Health Club is a classical-style indoor swimming pool maintained
at a steady 30 degrees.
Spa
Le Mirage Health Club Guernsey is an impressive health club exclusively for the
use of private members and St. Pierre Park Hotel guests for free. The spacious and
comfortable club include an impressive, classical-style indoor swimming pool maintained
at a steady 30 degrees, a steam room, sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and relaxation room with
complimentary newspapers, tea, coffee or juice. The gym is fitted out with high
quality training equipment including brand new cardiovascular equipment and complete
with qualified fitness instructors for those who require assistance or motivation!
There are exclusive range of "Clarins" treatments, advise and products on offer,
four therapy rooms offering a wide range of treatments for the body and the mind
including and Le Mirage Hair Salon. Le Mirage Health Club also offers aromatherapy
treatments exclusive to Guernsey. Outside hotel leisure facilities include 3 all
weather tennis courts, a croquet lawn, crazy golf and a children's play area.
The 9 hole St. Pierre Park golf course, driving range and golf shop are just a stroll
across the lawn.
Conference Rooms
St. Pierre Park Hotel, with competitive 24 hour conference delegate rates, excellent
cuisine, low cost wines and spirits, no VAT and no service charge, mean it is an
ideal place to host a conference.
La Seigneurie Suite is the main conference suite and La Petite Seigneurie is adjoined.
La Seigneurie Suite accommodates 200 delegates seated in theatre style and 130 in
classroom layout. The suite is air conditioned, has its own special lighting and
sound systems, multipurpose staging units and catwalks for special presentations.
There is also direct access from the hotel forecourt for vehicles and heavy exhibition
and conference sets.
La Petite Seigneurie accommodates up to 50 delegates and is a natural extension
to the main conference suite. It can also be used for board meetings, as an entertainment
suite, or as a separate syndicate room if required. Wide terraces link the suites
and they are frequently used for the service of mid-morning and afternoon refreshments
- to give you and your delegates that much needed breath of fresh air.
La Fontaine Suite is the St. Pierre Park Hotel's principle banqueting suite where
a full English Breakfast is served each morning. It is a spacious, air-conditioned
and capable of seating 328 for a dinner dance or up to 400 banqueting style. La
Petite Fontaine Suite is an extension to this suite and can be used for smaller
meetings or as an entertainment suite for up to 64 people formally seated or 48
with a buffet.
The Victor Hugo Suite is the hotel's secondary conference and banqueting area, located
on the first floor with easy access by direct staircase and with a service lift
for heavy equipment. It can seat 160 delegates in theatre style and 90 in classroom
layout. The suite also sub-divides into three smaller areas: Liberte, Fraternite
and Egalite - ideal for syndicate rooms or smaller seminars for up to 60 delegates.
The Victor Hugo Suite has its own bar and its own balconies and cloakrooms.
The hotel's parkland grounds extend to 9 acres and major events and exhibitions
that require an even larger area can be housed in a marquee. A marquee offers the
event organiser unlimited space for both private and public events and is usually
located adjacent to the hotel and next to the lake.
Weddings
St. Pierre Park Hotel offer fully inclusive wedding packages with added value to
ensure both you and your guests are taken care of. There is a choice of seven function
rooms in which to enjoy your perfect Guernsey wedding reception. These are tastefully
decorated and very versatile (see 'Conference Rooms'). The chefs are experts in
wedding catering and have designed a variety of mouth-watering wedding menus and
live music or a DJ can be booked. A special overnight rate for guests attending
in-house Guernsey wedding receptions is offered as well as a discounted Upgrade
for Bride and Groom.
