The Best Western Moores Hotel is a 3 star Guernsey town house hotel based in a beautiful granite town house, formerly the home of the De Saumarez family, in the centre of St Peter Port. Run by the same family for over 50 years, the Best Western Moores Hotel is surrounded by picturesque cobbled streets and enjoys an almost unique position only minutes from the picturesque marinas and seafront. Rooms

The 46 bedrooms at the Best Western Moores Hotel are all en-suite with a bath as well as an overhead shower, providing comfortable hotel accommodation in St Peter Port, Guernsey. Each bedroom has a colour TV with telex text, alarm clock and radio, hairdryer, telephone and beverage tray and is ideal for either business or leisure. Room types are mainly double or twin bedded, although there are a limited number of family and single rooms. The 'A Class' hotel rooms are slightly larger and in addition to the standard amenities are air conditioned and have small refrigerators. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available for hotel residents in the lobby, lounge and meeting rooms.

Restaurant

The Best Western Moores Hotel has an attractive and popular Guernsey restaurant - the Conservatory, which enjoys a very good reputation for fine food. Popular with visitors and locals alike, every evening the Conservatory Restaurant offers a varied five course dinner menu, including an a' la carte menu featuring fresh Guernsey seafood. To complement your meal there is a choice of fine wines from the world wine cellar. At breakfast guests can choose from the wide selection on the buffet as well as a traditional English breakfast.

Library Bar where a choice of roasts, steaks and fish are always on offer. For a different dining experience, the Library Bar, a traditional pub with wall-lined bookshelves, features a carvery which is open every lunchtime and evening and which always offers a choice of roasts (usually traditional roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, as well as a second joint), fresh fish, steaks and a weekly changing selection of seasonal specials. The Library Bar is ideal for a relaxed lunch as browse the selection of books whilst you dine. There is also regularly themed weeks held, and past weeks have included a Seafood Week, Portuguese Week, French Week, Latvian Week and Irish Week.

The cosy cocktail bar with its log fire is an ideal area to relax and enjoy a drink, and the elegant lounge located on the first floor, adjacent to the Conservatory Restaurant, is also an ideal place for a chat and to relax. A unique feature of the Best Western Moores Hotel is the authentic Austrian patisserie which creates and serves some of the finest gateaux in Guernsey. La Patisserie Guernsey is open from 8.00am until early evening, Monday – Saturday, and guests can enjoy everything from a morning coffee, to light meals served throughout the day to the traditional Austrian dishes and tempting sweets such as Apfelstrudel", "Sachertorte" and Lemon Tart.

Spa

The Sanctuary Health Suite is a small but beautifully appointed health suite at the Best Western Moores Hotel. Spa facilities include a Jacuzzi, sauna and solarium. There is also a fitness room equipped with treadmill, rowing machine, exercise bike and stepper to work up a sweat before you indulge yourself in the spa facilities.
