Situated in the heart of Fermain Valley in St. Martins, Le Chalet Hotel provides
3 Star accommodation in one of the finest locations in Guernsey. Overlooking Fermain
Bay, one of Guernsey's prettiest bays, Le Chalet Hotel is perfectly located for
coastal cliff walks and is only one mile away from Guernsey's capital St. Peter
Port.
Rooms
Le Chalet Hotel has 38 comfortable bedrooms, all with private bathroom and toilet,
colour TV and radio, tea making facilities and hair dryer. There are several single
rooms (most of which do not have a sea view) and various grades of double and twin
bedded rooms. The grade of the rooms is based both on the view from the rooms and
the size of the bedrooms. Le Chalet Hotel has several Junior Suites, ideal accommodation
for families with one child. These family suites are equipped with sofa beds. Guest
rooms offer views of Fermain Valley or sea views toward Fermain Bay and the neighbouring
Channel Islands beyond.
Restaurant
Le Chalet Hotel's 'Garden Restaurant' has an excellent reputation for good food
and provides a varied five course dinner menu that changes daily and always offers
a vegetarian option. There is an extensive a' la carte menu featuring fresh local
Guernsey seafood and fish and all meals are served with professional and friendly
service. Fermain Valley Lounge Bar and Terrace serve a variety of delicious light
lunches ranging from fresh lobster salad to a crunchy baguette filled with Guernsey
crab. A selection of supper dishes are also available each evening for those who
prefer a lighter evening meal, and the view from the terrace is breathtaking, making
this a popular venue for Guernsey locals.
Spa
The Valley Health Suite is a small health suite incorporating an indoor swim spa,
Jacuzzi, sauna and solarium. There are also indoor seats and on sunny days seating
on the large sun deck can be used.
