I could not fault your hotel in any way; I have stayed in many hotels in recent years and your hotel is as good as any of them.
It is very friendly with excellent rooms and very good value.
I was in Paris before coming to Guernsey and admittedly I was in the centre of Paris but the hotel cost three times the price of yours.It was a bigger hotel - but not better.
I would recommend your hotel without hesitation.

I stayed here for a few days before I went to Sark and also afterwards. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the health spa and I am missing it very much. A dip in the indoor pool and 10 mins in the steam room were just what I needed after the days excursions.

the tranquil St. Martins, La Villette Hotel is a Georgian House with an extensive
Leisure Club. Featuring recent refurbishments, La Villette Hotel can accommodate
up to 68 guests and you can be sure of a warm and friendly welcome.
Rooms
At La Villette Hotel the bedrooms are pleasantly furnished to a high standard of
comfort and in a modern style. Accommodating up to 68 guests, each bedroom has central
heating, bathroom or shower, hairdryer, television/radio, direct telephone and tea
& coffee making facilities.
La Villette Hotel offers state of the art disabled facilities with customised ground
floor bedrooms for easy access.
Restaurant
The in-house Restaurant, Bar and Bistro at La Villette Hotel offer a balance of
thoughtfully prepared and presented English and Continental cuisine. Served by friendly
and efficient staff and offering a comprehensive wine list, dining at La Villette
Hotel is a memorable experience. The Bistro serves an interesting menu at very reasonable
prices and packed lunches can be made to order. Take advantage of the good weather
by dinning Al Fresco by the secluded heated outdoor swimming pool (May - September).
Swimming Pool
La Villette Hotel has both a heated outdoor Swimming Pool and a 50ft heated indoor
Swimming Pool at the La Villette Leisure Club.
Spa
Residents of La Villette Hotel automatically receive a membership to the exclusive
La Villette Leisure Club, one of Guernsey's premier Leisure Clubs which is open
from 6.15am to 9.00pm.
Offering the perfect atmosphere in which to look after your body, relax and have
fun, there are a variety of facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool,
steam rooms, Jacuzzis and gym.
The poolside steam rooms are ideal for easing aching muscles and refreshing the
skin after a hard work-out in the gym, or simply lie back and let the therapeutic
waters of the Jacuzzis tone and soothe you. At the gym are fully qualified fitness
advisors to help you use the free weights and cardiovascular equipment. Freshly
laundered towels and robes are available every visit and there is even a Beauty
