The Hotel Bon Port enjoys a tranquil location among some of Guernsey's most beautiful
coastal scenery with spectacular views over Moulin Huet Bay, Petit Port Bay, the
famous Peastacks, Saints Bay & Harbour and the Island of Jersey. The 3 star
hotel is tucked away in a picturesque country lane in the parish of St Martins,
ideally located within the nineteen miles of cliff paths which wander from St. Peter
Port, Guernsey's capital, along the majestic cliffs to the rugged Pleinmont Point
on the South West tip of the island.
Famous artists Pierre Auguste Renoir chose this area to paint from in 1883, using
the grounds of the Hotel Bon Port, Renoir painted some of his most famous paintings,
mostly featuring Moulin Huet Bay and the Peastacks. Hotel Bon Port is roughly a
15 minute drive from both the centre of St. Peter Port and Guernsey Airport.
Rooms
Hotel Bon Port has 5 different types of accommodation that will meet all of your
needs, including self catering apartments which are ideal for families and allow
guests to still enjoy the amenities of the hotel such as the swimming pool.
Standard Rooms
Standard rooms are available as a double or twin bedded room and are equipped with
an en-suite bath with shower, tastefully furnished with colour television, direct
dial telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, trouser press and mini-fridge.
These rooms do not have sea view.
Sea View Double/Twin Rooms
The Sea View bedrooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with all the facilities
that Standard rooms have, with the addition of a private balcony and spectacular
sea views over Moulin Huet or Saints Bay.
Deluxe Sea View Double/Twin Rooms
The Deluxe Sea View rooms offer a larger private balcony with views overlooking
Moulin Huet Bay.
Peastacks Suite
The Peastacks Suite offers a very spacious, luxurious and exquisitely appointed
lounge with a 26 inch TV/video and three piece suite. As well as a large private
balcony with views overlooking Moulin Huet Bay and Saints Bay, the Peastacks Suite
contains a study area - ideal for business with an office desk, chair and fax machine.
Self Catering Apartments Saints Cottage and Icart Cottage each comprise of a double and a twin
bedroom, bathroom, a spacious lounge and dining area with direct dial telephone,
television and video.
The Moulin Apartment is adjacent to the main building each with their own
private entrance to give complete seclusion. They contain one bedroom, a lounge
and full fitted kitchen.
Restaurant
The menu at the restaurant offers a blend of International and European dishes and
you can enjoy your food either on our Terrace or in the Bistro.
The Daily Specials Board takes advantage of seasonal availability of local seafood
such as; Lobster, Skate, Sea Bass, John Dorey, Crab and many more.
Come and sample the menu and take advantage of the stunning sea views, open midday
until 2pm (Monday to Saturday) and 6.30pm until 9pm every day.
Swimming Pool
The heated outdoor swimming pool at Hotel Bon Port overlooks the spectacular views
of the bay and is perfect to unwind and have fun. The pool is open from early May
and heated throughout the summer.
Golf
The 9 hole pitch and putt golf course is a real challenge for the experienced golfer
and beginner alike, available from May until late September.
