Adjacent to the beautiful Cobo Beach on the west coast of Guernsey, the Cobo Bay
Hotel is a 3 star family-run boutique hotel occupying a panoramic seafront location.

Cobo Bay Hotel completed a refurbishment in 2010 and received several awards in
2010: Guernsey's highest ever AA rating for a 3 star hotel (82%) and the only 3
star hotel on the island to receive a Gold Award from Visit Guernsey in 2010.
Rooms
The Cobo Bay Hotel offers 34 en-suite bedrooms, 14 of these offer balconies and
seaviews and 2 bedrooms are suites. All bedrooms have recently been renovated with
most featuring brand new bathrooms and every room boasts interactive 26 inch plasma
screen televisions with satellite and freeview channels, personal safes with laptop
capacity and free broadband connections as well as the existing free WiFi throughout
the hotel.
There is fruit, flowers and complimentary bottled water on arrival, bath robes,
slippers and a complimentary turn down service available as well. Bedrooms are disabled
friendly, with lift access to all floors, and family friendly with interconnecting
rooms available.
Other bedroom facilities are: telephone with voicemail facility, hairdryer, tea
and coffee making facilities, iron and Ironing Board, European plug socket and room
service.
Restaurant
The internationally recognised and award-winning on-site restaurant at Cobo Bay
Hotel offer a mouth-watering selection of fresh Guernsey seafood and the traditional
3 course Carte du Jouris, with local produce used where possible. Cobo Bay Hotel
is one of only 3 hotels on Guernsey to be awarded 2 Rosettes for their restaurant.
Panoramic beach views and attentive yet unobtrusive service combine to add to the

In 2009 the Cobo Bay was proud to be awarded the highest AA rating for a 3 star
hotel with 82%. The Cobo Bay is 1 of only 3 restaurants on the island to be
awarded 2 AA rosettes and be the last hotel to be named "Best Restaurant within
a Hotel". These achievements have also been recognised by Visit Guernsey who in
2009 presented The Cobo Bay with their Gold Award.
Tourist Attractions
Cobo beach offers fine sand and scenery as well as excellent windsurfing conditions,
and is therefore popular with all ages. Also near-by is the award-winning Blue Flag
beach Vazon Bay, which stretches for around 2 miles, and is deemed one of the most
scenic and largest bays on Guernsey. Like Cobo Beach, it is often highly suitable
for surfing.
