Hotel is in a superb position for a peaceful holiday. Room was comfortable but somewhat dark without artificial light.
Food at the one evening meal we had was superb. For Breakfast we would have preferred options of fruit as an alternative to cereals and of rolls/croissants as an alternative to toast.

Very welcoming hosts and accomodating of toddler. Delightful rural setting. Guests lounge very comfortable. Evening meals excellant.

This hotel is tucked away but worth hunting out. It is very reasonably priced, possibly because of the location. Room, bathroom, clean; beds comfortable; staff helpful. We had drinks (bit pricey) even though the bar was closed on the night we stayed. Cooked breakfast was enjoyable but could have been more of it.

I found this accomadation on the Internet, knowing nothing about it before. I have to say that everything was "at the top" at Auberge du Val's: welcome, room and bathroom, service, dinner, breakfast... We had a wonderful noiseless night in a very comfortable bed. I recommend this spot without any hesitation. I'm from France, sorry for my poor english!

Very friendly service, we were made to feel very welcome and food was excellent. Bedroom/bathroom decor a little tired and could do with a bit of a refresh. Herb garden is lovely and well worth a stroll round.
       
Auberge du Val Guest House is a 150 year old farmhouse within its own three acres
grounds in St Saviours, Guernsey. The idyllic setting features a beautiful trout
streamed wooded valley surrounded by some of the loveliest lanes and quaint properties
- the perfect environment in which to relax. Within Auberge du Val's there is also
a Health Suite, incorporating sauna, solarium and spa pool for guests to unwind
and pamper themselves.
Rooms
All rooms at Auberge du Val Guest House are en-suite, attractively furnished and
centrally heated and include: colour TV, direct dial telephone and tea & coffee
facilities. There is also a waterbed suite.
Restaurant
Auberge du Val prides itself on the quality of its food, and the farmhouse bistro
uses vegetables and herbs selected from the garden to produce freshly prepared food
daily. There is a popular 3 course set lunch menu, an à la carte dinner menu and
a Sunday lunch with roast from the special black board.
Please remember the restaurant is closed Sunday evening and Mondays all day.
Our restaurant has a Silver food award.
Spa
Auberge du Val Guest House has a Health Suite, incorporating a sauna, solarium and
spa pool.
